As a girl raised in the country and working on family farms, I loved God's nature and all that it has for us to enjoy. I also loved the "old things" from the past, barns, tractors, cars, trucks and such. I loved doing these photos, they brought back many memories. Now I am sharing them with you.
Several years ago, I fell in love with photography. I started out by taking pictures of weddings and family outings. I discovered that was not enough. There were a whole lot more things to capture with my camera than people. God’s creations were on display all around me. So, I started with birds, flowers, winter scenes, mushrooms, the moon, and the sky.My husband, Stephen, bought me a good digital camera so that I could get even better “shots.” Thanks to him, I really enjoy what I do. Then he suggested that I make a book and fill it with my pictures, so that others could enjoy them.I put together the photos I wanted to “show” in this book. My first “coffee table” picture book. Please take the time to look at each photo and capture the beauty within it.

I have always been a Jersey girl at heart. That is, until I crossed the Delaware with my husband Dan and moved to the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. I traded watching birds to watching and learning about the whitetail deer who travel through the woods behind my home. As with the chapters in a book, writing is yet another chapter in my book of life. With a degree in education, I have taught elementary school children and worked for the government interviewing applicants for permanent residence and citizenship in the United States. My love of nature is a part of who I am along with being a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Quotes to Consider
"I think we're going to the moon because it's in the nature of the human being to face challenges. It's by the nature of his deep inner soul... we're required to do these things just as salmon swim upstream."
